Jeff won a SPROUT (Support for Promising Research Opportunities and Unconventional Teams) award for his project, “Harnessing the Atmosphere as an Adaptive Optical Medium: Toward Sensitive and Specific Remote Detection of Greenhouse Gases and Trace Contaminants,” which he is co-leading with Prof. Robert DiStasio in the Department of Chemistry and Chemical Biology.
